Wat je gaat doen As an operator in the Liquid Compounding department, you work with high-quality raw materials to produce flavor ingredients that are used worldwide in products such as candy, yogurt, and baby food.
Your tasks are varied and include:

- Weighing, mixing, and processing raw materials according to recipes
- Operating and monitoring machines, adjusting where needed
- Performing quality checks and following safety procedures
- Carrying out minor maintenance on equipment
- Detecting and solving problems together with your team
- Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night: 23:00 – 07:00
- €17.88 gross per hour
- 20.5% shift allowance for every hour worked
- 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and a 13th-month bonus
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
- The opportunity for a permanent contract based on performance

- Fulltime availability and willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics or production (preferably in the food or process industry)
- Reliable, independent, and comfortable working with strong scents
- Physically fit, lifting up to 20 kg is no problem for you

At the Tilburg site , ingredients are produced that can be found in many everyday products such as perfumes and detergents. The factory is located at Kraaiven industrial area and is easily accessible by car or bicycle.
