What does a typical workday look like?
- Start your day with a coffee and go over the route with your colleague and the planner
- Perform a quick vehicle check and head to your first location
- Empty waste containers into the compactor truck throughout your route
- Take turns driving and loading with your colleague
- Drop off the collected waste at a depot or processing center at scheduled times
- Check in with other teams at the end of your shift to offer assistance if needed
- Return to the depot in Amsterdam and wrap up your day
- Competitive gross hourly wage between €17.30 and €19.46, in accordance with scale D of the Collective Labor Agreement for Professional Goods Transport
- Temporary contract with the potential for permanent employment based on strong performance
- Additional allowances, reimbursements, and travel expense compensation as outlined in the CLA
- Pension contributions starting from your first working day – ensuring a secure future
- 8.33% holiday pay and leave hour accrual from day one
- Diverse and dynamic work – every day offers something new
