With an expanding international customer base, cross border contracts are playing a vital role within the
group. The international key accounts team is re-shaping its team and 2 new team members can be welcomed.

What will you be doing?

  • manage existing contracts and assure the group operation company comply to agreed upon Key Performance indicators
  • (re)-negotiate with corporate buyers and/or senior consultants on existing and new contracts
  • develop a pipeline of new leads
  • facilitate clear communication to sales teams and country managers on business developments, KPI’s, contract compliance and growth opportunities
  • You will be working in a 3 dimensional matrix: international itsme sales organizations, their solutions and the customer
  • You report to the Head Key Accounts who reports to one of the board members

Functie eisen

  • Empathy and understanding of multi-country situations, where multiple cultures and approaches are present
  • Ability to express yourself in business writing
  • Commercial creativity; being able to shift paradigm when situations ask for it
  • Ability to analyze data from IT systems and Office program’s
  • Patience and endurance
  • Knowledge and profound experience of Stephen Coveys ideas on leadership and/or other equal management philosophies 
  • Fluency in Dutch & English (spoken and in writing)
  • Fluency in German, at least spoken
  • Extra languages are a bonus

In addition to that you offer:

  • Cross functional experience outside sales (e.g. logistics or procurement) and or various sales roles
  • Sales within an OEM and/or MRO technical and/or electro technical B2B environment
  • HBO, Bachelor degree with technical and/or (commercial) business focus
