Job Objective:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the Netherlands. Provides leadership towards the achievement of Sales targets, profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values. Develops relationships with key accounts in the country & establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the covered area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for stakeholeders.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Contributes in the development of the customer / Key account base for the Retail & Hospitality segment.
2. Prepares key account plans & strategy per stakeholder for effective search of sales leads and prospects
3. Achieves the sales & profitability targets set for the segment.
4. Focuses on mega projects in Qatar for building healthy pipeline of mega projects.
5. Development and implementation of Key account Plans & marketing plans (when needed)
6. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and outlook
7. Own the projects & key accounts that pertain to Retail & Hospitality Segment in Qatar and seeks support from the central support functions
8. Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales ,and activity reports
9. Adhers to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics
10. Maintains contact with all stakeholders (specifiers, contractors, end users) in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Functie eisen
REQUIRED• Should have an engineering background. Post-graduation will be an added advantage
• Should have lighting background
• Relationship & key account management skills are must.
• Drive for results and taking complete ownership of order / account acquisition process is key.
• Should have Positive attitude, flexible & open for new concepts, challenges, trends & way of working.
• 2 – 4 years lighting project sales experience is required
• Should have experience understanding specification business - the way the projects are taking place in the market.
• Experience working with creative specifiers like Architects, Consultants, and Lighting Designers is a plus.
