For a big, international online retailer in Venlo, we are looking for an Agile coach that will lead scrum masters across the globe!
You will be part of the team which is responsible for global IT activities, and work with scrum masters from several domains around the world.

- As part of your role, you will be actively involved in various Agile meetings, such as planning, refinement, standup, and retrospectives, for all teams. It will be your responsibility to identify potential improvements and assess the status of the Agile Ways of Working (WoW).
- To better understand the needs, desired changes, and improvement areas of the department managers in relation to the WoW, you will need to consult with them and analyze feedback and observations. This will aid in identifying broader organizational improvements to be made in the WoW through the application of Agile principles.
- Defining solutions and suggesting organizational improvements to enhance the WoW. You will be required to coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Team Managers on how best to implement changes and improvements in the WoW to optimize results.

Functie eisen
* proven track record of leading teams through Agile transformation with mastery of various Agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as scaling methodologies like SAFe and LeSS.* Your success depends on your exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as your ability to effectively guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Having a deep understanding of the retail/e-commerce industry dynamics, challenges, and market trends will certainly give you an edge in modifying Agile practices to fit the specific needs of your organization.
* It is a plus if you have Agile-related certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner, or SAFe certifications, as they can provide added value to your role as an Agile Coach.
