Your responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of company' sourcing principles;
- Negotiate with suppliers on commercial conditions: prepare request for quotation, buy the right product at the right price, commercial terms and formalize the agreements;
- Actively contribute to build and manage successful long-term partnerships with suppliers;
- Work closely with Innovation, Supply Chain and Quality and act together as a category team to ensure on time product launch and customer satisfaction;
- Prepare sourcing business cases around AQSCIS principles;
- Work on sustainable initiatives together with your product category and your suppliers.
A great permanent position in Amsterdam, with a competitive salary €60/70K per year, can be flexible depending on experience and seniority.
How we'll proceed. Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. The ideal candidate:* 4 years of experience in buying/procurement/sourcing/category roles within the beauty domain;
* A bachelor's degree in the field of purchasing, business administration;
* Cultural sensitivity in working with various stakeholders in a global region;
