Volare is an Italian trattoria in Amsterdam-West. Join family and friends for a delicious antipasti, pasta or a homemade stone oven pizza, with an Italian bottle of wine, of course. Volare has a dynamic array of seating, from high tables and low long family tables to booths where you can dine for hours. There is a private dining room in the (wine) cellar; the perfect place for parties and dinners. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, Volare's aperitivo bar opens; Bomboloni's. An inviting cocktail bar to start the evening with an aperitivo or end your evening there with an after-dinner digestive. Fun: the menu includes Bomboloni's homemade limoncello, made from lemons from Sicily.

What will you do?

• Mise en place and preparation according to recipe;
• Monitor quality and freshness of products;
• Correctly portioning, garnishing and presenting dishes;
• Receiving and checking orders;
• Cleaning your work environment.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a completed cooking education or demonstrable experience;
• You have a positive attitude and are flexible;
• You have knowledge of HACCP regulations;
• You are a team player and easy to approach;
• You live in or around Amsterdam;
• You are available 3 days a week including one weekend day.
