Your responsibilities will include:

• 
  
• Ensuring the smooth operation of your part of the preparation process;
  
• Supporting fellow operators at the machines to ensure smooth operations across the entire department;
  
• Independently addressing minor malfunctions or reporting them to the technical department (TD);
  
• Performing replacement tasks as needed;
  
• Identifying, reporting, and suggesting improvements for any deviations in the production process.

• Ideally, you possess a technical background in the process industry, such as VAPRO A or B. Don't have the required diploma, but brimming with motivation? Your application is still warmly welcomed;
  
• Previous experience as an operator or in a similar capacity, particularly within the food industry, is advantageous;
  
• You are available for full-time employment and comfortable working in a 3-shift system;
  
• Your ability to critically evaluate process improvements comes naturally to you.
