Their products have made a valuable difference for clients for the past 100 years, and we are now looking for a Reliability Engineer who will join the team in Rheden, the Netherlands, and support HCR in making a valuable difference in the century to come. - Search and define the data that are relevant to collect and analyze to improve the company knowledge on factors that influence the availability and reliability of the company products.
- Organize with aftermarket the process to collect and analyze such data.
- Uses the outcomes of data analyses to document the knowledge on availability and reliability factors and build up models (predictive if possible) that can be integrated in IIOT solutions.
- Propose concepts or designs to improve reliability and availability of solutions across the company portfolio.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
- Basis / notion of data analytic skills.
- Understanding of Failure Mode and Effect analysis methodologies.
- Ability to structure technical information.
- Ability to go from technical information and analyses to conceptualizing and modelizing.
- Problem solving / Root Cause analyses (on technical topics).
- Notions of machinery availability, reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Team player and self-starter.
- Fluency in English.
- Occasional travel could be required.
