As the Senior Yield & Revenue Manager, your key responsibility will be to maximize revenues for a group of hotels by implementing specific strategies and tactics.

As a Senior Yield & Revenue Manager, your duties include:

  • Constantly monitoring changes in inventory across all distribution channels;
  • Analyzing key reports, reviewing price recommendations and making hotel budgets and monthly forecast;
  • Actively working with other team members, sharing market experience and performing data analysis to achieve the best possible results;
  • Determining the market position of the hotels: keep track of and monitor information and data about competitors, events, market and trends;
  • Tracking and assessing bookings in the system for occupancy rates and prices and acting based on this.
