In this role you will support recruiting for the corporate business units across different EMEA countries. The Talent Acquisition Support is highly responsive to requests from both candidates and hiring managers and is continuously searching for new methods to improve Talent Acquisition processes and methods.

In this role you will support the EMEA Talent Acquisition team with the day-to-day recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, event organizing, corresponding with candidates, and facilitating new hire correspondence. Your role:

  • Review recruitment process and make suggestions for improvement;
  • Seamlessly deliver exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences;
  • Support functions as needed (e.g., posting open positions, extending offers, managing applicant tracking requirements, etc.);
  • Maintain accurate and timely documents pertinent to the recruiting process;
  • Network with internally and externally to stay abreast of trending and best practices;
  • Scheduling interviews and greet where possible onsite candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience;
  • Impeccable attention to detail in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment while driving the interview process from start to finish;
  • Assist with implementation of new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked;
  • Manage offer letter preparation through new hire on boarding;
  • Partner with additional internal support teams such as to ensure a positive onboarding and first day experience for new hires across the EMEA region;
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.

The salary is between €3000 and €3500 gross a month based on 40 hours. You will get a temporary agency contract, with the possibility of extension.

Functie eisen

We are looking for the following background:

* Several years of successful experience within an administrative/support function in a fast-paced or high-volume environment;
* High attention to detail with proven organizational skills is a must;
* Track record of delivering extraordinary customer service;
* Handled confidential information with discretion;
* Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability;
* Must take initiative and demonstrate excellent judgment when making decisions and solving problem;
* Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication (English is a must, Dutch, Italian and German a plus);
* Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
