Allround Logistics Employee

For an industrial bakery in Waspik, we are looking for an employee for the logistics department, where you will ensure the correct processing and preparation of products around the refrigerated and frozen stock. You will be working at an industrial bakery in Waspik. The position is located in the logistics department, where the supply and removal of products are organized and prepared. Quality, hygiene, and meticulousness are central to the entire process, from supply to dispatch. The organization works with permanent teams and values a pleasant, supportive work atmosphere where colleagues know each other well. Work is carried out according to strict hygiene and quality standards, appropriate for the food sector.

As an employee in the logistics department, you primarily work at room temperature, where you process, check, and prepare products for shipment. Occasionally, you briefly enter a refrigerated or frozen cell to pick up or store products — the work does not take place in the cold area all day. You work accurately and according to the applicable hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring that products are processed correctly and on time. The workday starts early, between 05:30 and 07:00.

• Occasionally briefly entering the refrigerated or frozen cell to pick up or store products
• Working according to hygiene and safety regulations
• Checking products for quality
• Reporting deviations or bottlenecks in the process
• Collaborating with colleagues in the department

• Willing to start early (between 05:30 and 07:00 AM)
• Accurate and reliable work attitude
• Physically resilient, even when working in a cold environment for short periods
• Independent and with an eye for detail
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language (verbal and written)

• Gross hourly wage: €16,95 - €19,27 (depending on experience)
• Cold storage/freezer cell allowance: no allowance for up to 10 hours per week, € 9.28 for 10-20 hours per week, € 18.75 for more than 20 hours per week
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km
• Weekly payment
• 25 vacation days based on a full-time employment
• Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pensionable salary
• 38 hours per week, occasional overtime possible
