Informatie
Are you a true tech enthusiast who loves to tackle challenges and wants to be broadly deployable? For an artisanal bakery with multiple locations in the region, we are looking for an all-round technical employee/technician who will take care of preventive maintenance, resolve malfunctions, and assist with small renovation and repair work. An attractive position where no day is the same, with plenty of room to apply your technical knowledge broadly.
Waar je komt te werken:You will be working at an artisanal, organic bakery that has been baking honest products for decades. It is a true family business, with multiple production locations in the region where work is done with care and attention to quality. The organization values tradition and craftsmanship, combined with a modern, professional approach to maintenance and technology. As an all-round technical employee, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations across multiple locations.
Wat je gaat doen:As an all-round technical employee, you are responsible for preventive maintenance of machines, but also for resolving malfunctions and problems as soon as they occur. In addition, you perform light renovation and repair work on the premises. You work at three locations nearby — Waspik, Gilze, and Made — and travel between them, so a driver's license is necessary. Your workweek consists of 38 hours, with a start time of 08:00.

- Driving license B necessary (due to working at multiple locations)
- Physically resilient
- Accurate and reliable work attitude
- Proactive mindset
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language (speaking and writing)
- Gross hourly wage: € 18.22 - € 21.25 (based on 38 hours per week)
- Annual leave allowance applicable based on a 40-hour workweek: you accrue 2 hours of annual leave per week, payable or to be taken as time-for-time
- 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km
- Weekly payment
- 25 vacation days per year
- Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pensionable salary
