Voor een modern technisch productiebedrijf in de regio Hapert zijn wij op zoek naar een technisch sterke Assemblagemonteur. Je werkt aan complexe wielnaven binnen een nieuwe, grotendeels geautomatiseerde productielijn. Een functie voor iemand die techniek begrijpt, graag sleutelt en pas tevreden is wanneer een mechanische samenstelling écht goed in elkaar zit.

🔧 Wat ga je doen?

Als Assemblagemonteur ben je samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig assembleren van complexe wielnaven. Je werkt met verschillende mechanische onderdelen en zorgt ervoor dat iedere samenstelling volgens de juiste specificaties wordt opgebouwd.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Het mechanisch assembleren van complexe wielnaven en bijbehorende onderdelen
• Het monteren en correct positioneren van verschillende mechanische componenten
• Werken met handgereedschappen en montagegereedschappen
• Het controleren van maatvoering, montage en de kwaliteit van het eindproduct
• Het herkennen en melden van afwijkingen tijdens het assemblageproces
• Samenwerken met de kwaliteitsafdeling bij technische afwijkingen of problemen
• Meedenken over mogelijke verbeteringen binnen het assemblageproces

Je werkt aan een moderne, grotendeels geautomatiseerde productielijn, maar jouw technische inzicht blijft belangrijk. Je moet kunnen begrijpen hoe onderdelen samenkomen, waar iets niet goed zit en wat er nodig is om tot een kwalitatief goed eindproduct te komen.

Je wordt uitgebreid ingewerkt in de specifieke producten en processen, maar we zoeken nadrukkelijk iemand die al een goede technische basis en montage-ervaring meebrengt.

✅ Wat breng je mee?

• Een afgeronde technische VMBO- of MBO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting
• Aantoonbare ervaring als assemblagemonteur, mechanisch monteur of in een vergelijkbare technische functie
• Goed mechanisch en technisch inzicht
• Je weet hoe je met verschillende hand- en montagegereedschappen werkt
• Je kunt technische tekeningen en werkinstructies begrijpen
• Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
• Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en durft afwijkingen direct te signaleren
• Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een technisch team
• Je bent bereid om in 3 ploegen te werken
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse of Engelse taal goed

🇬🇧 Job Vacancy: Assembly Technician – 3 Shifts

For a modern technical production company in the Hapert area, we are looking for a technically skilled Assembly Technician. You will work on complex wheel hubs within a new, largely automated production line. This is a position for someone who understands technology, enjoys mechanical assembly and takes pride in making sure a mechanical assembly is done correctly.

🔧 What will you do?

As an Assembly Technician, you will work together with your colleagues to accurately assemble complex wheel hubs. You will work with various mechanical components and ensure that each assembly is built according to the correct specifications.

Your responsibilities include:

• Mechanically assembling complex wheel hubs and related components
• Installing and correctly positioning various mechanical components
• Working with hand tools and assembly tools
• Checking dimensions, assembly and the quality of the finished product
• Identifying and reporting deviations during the assembly process
• Working together with the quality department when technical deviations or problems occur
• Thinking along with the team about possible improvements to the assembly process

You will work on a modern, largely automated production line, but your technical understanding remains essential. You need to understand how components fit and work together, recognize when something is not right and know what is needed to achieve a high-quality final product.

You will receive thorough training in the specific products and processes, but we are specifically looking for someone who already has a strong technical foundation and practical assembly experience.

✅ What do you bring?

• A completed technical VMBO or MBO education, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a similar technical field
• Proven experience as an Assembly Technician, Mechanical Technician or in a similar technical position
• Strong mechanical and technical understanding
• Practical experience working with various hand and assembly tools
• Ability to understand technical drawings and work instructions
• A precise way of working and a good eye for detail
• Quality-conscious and confident in identifying and reporting deviations
• Able to work independently as well as part of a technical team
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts
• Good command of English or Dutch
