As an Assembly Worker – Caravan Factory, you are essential to the production of state-of-the-art caravans. Your main tasks include assembling both the interior and exterior parts of caravans using technical drawings and assembly instructions. You will install wall, roof, floor, door, and window panels, making sure everything is correctly fitted and properly adjusted. In addition, you will assemble and install furniture, cabinets, kitchen units, tables, and bed systems inside the caravans.
You will safely operate various hand tools and power tools. Quality is crucial, so you inspect the finished product for any errors or defects and correct them as needed. Teamwork is key: you’ll collaborate closely with your colleagues to reach daily production targets, always following safety guidelines and maintaining a tidy workspace.
You will work mainly on the production floor in a modern factory setting, surrounded by skilled professionals.

- At least 1 year of experience in assembly, production, or a similar hands-on role such as Assembler, Production Worker, or Mechanical Operator
- Good English speaking skills to communicate with your team and understand safety instructions
- Able to read and work from technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools like drills and screwdrivers
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Willing to work full-time in Zeewolde
