At an artisanal, organic bakery in the Gilze/Waspik region, real Dutch delicacies are crafted with love and expertise - from stroopwafels to small bread. A permanent team, plenty of structure, and space to learn the trade and grow.
Waar je komt te werken:You will be working at an artisanal, organic bakery that produces bread and bakery products in a traditional way, with a focus on quality, natural ingredients, and sustainability. It is a close-knit work environment where colleagues know each other well and collaboration is key. Work is carried out according to established procedures, with short lines of communication between the people on the floor, and plenty of room to learn the baking trade and grow professionally.
Wat je gaat doen:As a production worker, you will assist in various areas within the bakery: from packaging products with a flow packer and helping with the dough process, to supporting the baker in the bread department. Depending on the department, you will be trained in specific tasks, such as operating and setting up machines, handling dough, or preparing raw materials. The workday often starts early (around 05:30-09:00, depending on the department), and work is done during the day shift, with the possibility of shift work in the future. You will work from Monday to Friday.
- Packaging products (including with a flow packer)
- Operating and setting up production machines
- Assisting with the dough process
- Supporting the production of bread
- Preparing raw materials and ingredients
- Identifying and resolving minor issues
- Contributing to a clean and hygienic work environment
- Collaborating with colleagues on the production line
- Work experience in the food industry is a plus, but not required
- Motivation, commitment, and willingness to learn the trade
- Flexible working hours (possibility of shift work)
- Physically resilient
- Accurate and reliable work attitude
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language
- Gross hourly wage: € 15.66 - € 16.95 (depending on experience)
- 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km
- Weekly payment
- 25 vacation days based on a full-time employment
- Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pensionable salary
- 38 hours per week, day shift (shift work possible in the future)
