CNC Milling Operator

Are you an experienced CNC Milling Operator who enjoys machining large, complex components? Then this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-tech manufacturer where precision and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything they do. You'll work with modern CNC machines on customer-specific products for industries such as semiconductors, optics and energy. No repetitive production work—every project brings a new technical challenge.

Our client is a leading high-tech supplier specialising in machining, welding, vacuum technology, engineering and assembly. The company manufactures complex machine frames, mechatronic modules and precision components for the semiconductor, optical and energy industries. You'll become part of a modern production environment where innovation, quality and continuous improvement are part of everyday work..

• Machine large and complex components on modern CNC milling machines
• Independently set up, operate and adjust CNC machines
• Read and interpret technical drawings and fixture plans
• Select, replace and maintain cutting tools
• Work with Fanuc, Heidenhain or Siemens controls
• Inspect finished parts and ensure they meet strict quality standards
• Produce small batches with a high level of accuracy
• Contribute to continuous improvements within the machining department

• MBO-level education or equivalent technical working and thinking level
• Proven experience as a CNC Milling Operator
• Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Experience with at least one of the following control systems: Fanuc, Heidenhain or Siemens
• Able to read technical drawings and fixture plans
• Good command of the English language
• Willing to work in a 3 to 5-shift rotation
• Accurate, quality-driven and able to work independently

• A gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €5,400, depending on your experience
• Minimum 28% shift allowance, with the potential for higher shift premiums depending on the shift schedule
• The opportunity to secure a permanent contract after an initial secondment period
• 27 vacation days and 13 additional ADV days per year
