Informatie
As a CNC Operator Truck Customizing in Den Bosch, you make custom parts for trucks: from cabin panels and logos to aluminium finishing. You earn €16 to €21 gross per hour, depending on your experience. Need housing? We arrange it for you, always with a private bedroom. You work day shifts, Monday to Friday.
Waar je komt te werken:You work for a custom-build company in Den Bosch that builds trucks fully to the customer's wishes, from interior and exterior to technical systems. There is no series production: every part you make ends up in a complete truck.
You join a small, experienced team of craftsmen in a modern workshop. You work independently and get plenty of room to learn new techniques. Your colleagues help out when you need them.
Wat je gaat doen:- You set up and operate the CNC cutting machine and prepare the digital cutting files
- You measure custom parts digitally and work them out on the computer
- You cut parts from wood, plastic, leather, fabric and sheet materials
- You make interior and exterior parts, such as cabin panels, logos and aluminium finishing for the chassis
- You set up embroidery machines and monitor dimensions and quality
- Where needed, you help with the further build of the trucks
Practical:
- Location: workshop in Den Bosch (Empel)
- Schedule: day shift, Monday to Friday, around 08:00-17:00, 38 hours per week
- Start: by agreement
- Working conditions: you alternate between working at the computer and standing at the machine. Cutting creates noise and dust, and you sometimes lift sheet materials.
- You work with modern CNC equipment and professional tools
- Every day is different: you work with many different materials and techniques
- You are technical and good with digital tools, and you enjoy working with both machines and computers
- You work accurately and have a good feel for dimensions
- You work independently and in a structured way
- In possession of an EU passport — a residence permit is not sufficient
- You speak English well enough to communicate clearly at work
Nice to have:
- Experience as a CNC operator
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator
- You can weld steel, stainless steel and/or aluminium
- €16 to €21 gross per hour, depending on your experience, under the CAO Kleinmetaal (collective labour agreement for the small metal industry). You are paid weekly
- Need housing? We arrange it for you, always with a private bedroom. Your own contribution is deducted from your wage. Already have your own place to live? That works too
- 38 hours per week on day shifts. Overtime is optional
- Contract via EU Force, with the intention of long-term employment
- At least 8% holiday allowance and at least 24 holiday days
- Pension: at least 23.4% contribution on the pensionable salary, of which you contribute 7.5% (deducted before tax)
- Health insurance via EU Force is possible, the costs are deducted from your wage
- Travel allowance if you use your own transport. Transport via EU Force is possible for a contribution
