Wat je gaat doen:As a CNC setter/programmer, you independently set up and program CNC machines (3- and 4-axis) according to specifications and drawings. You monitor and supervise production processes to ensure they meet required quality standards, and analyze technical drawings to determine the optimal machining process. You identify and report deviations, record production data, and maintain machines and tools. Additionally, you troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance.
- Independently set up and program CNC machines (3- and 4-axis)
- Monitor and supervise production processes for quality
- Analyze technical drawings and specifications
- Identify and report deviations in the production process
- Record and document production data
- Maintain machines and tools, troubleshoot malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production planning
- Comply with safety regulations and keep the work environment clean
- Technical education at MBO level, with knowledge of CNC programming and CAM software
- Experience with CNC control systems is a plus
- Experience as a CNC setter/programmer, preferably in a similar environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills in identifying and resolving machine malfunctions
- Good command of Dutch and/or English language (spoken and written)
- Gross hourly wage: € 19.00 - € 22.00 (depending on experience)
- 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
- Travel expense reimbursement from € 0.23 per km
- Weekly payment
- From 24 vacation days per year
- Pension accrual from 23.4% of the pension base
