You know how to assess a vehicle, safely remove fluids, and evaluate parts. As an Expedition & Disassembly Employee, you work at a specialized dealer in used auto parts — varied work in a casual environment where no day is the same.
Waar je komt te werken:You will be working for a specialized dealer in used auto parts, active since 1986 and located in the Uden/Volkel region. The company focuses on Japanese, Korean, and European brands and has a vast stock of parts that are sold to customers throughout the Netherlands.
With more than 50 employees spread across two locations, this is a stable and professional work environment where quality, sustainability, and innovation are central. Modern systems for inventory management and order processing are used. The atmosphere is informal and collegial — people know each other and work closely together.
Wat je gaat doen:As an Expedition & Disassembly Employee, you are responsible for processing incoming vehicles and preparing parts for sale. You register parts in the computer system, test and classify vehicles and parts, make vehicles fluid-free, and disassemble parts where necessary.
The work requires a technical eye, accuracy, and a good assessment of the condition of parts. You work independently but are part of a close-knit team. The position is suitable for someone with a technical background who enjoys varied work involving both computers and tools.
Tasks:
- Creating and processing parts in the computer system
- Testing vehicles unladen and assessing bodywork, engine, and gearbox
- Testing and assessing other parts for quality and condition
- Making vehicles fluid-free in accordance with safety and environmental requirements
- Disassembling parts for sales stock
- Accurately recording findings and results
- Technical background or work experience in the automotive or a similar sector
- Ability to assess the condition of vehicles and parts
- Meticulous work attitude and willingness to work with computer systems
- Independent and reliable
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language
- Gross hourly wage of €16.00 - €18.00
- 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
- Weekly payment
- 24 vacation days per year (based on full-time)
- Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pensionable salary
- Minimum 40 hours per week
