As an E&I Technician, you will be part of the maintenance team working in day shifts, with participation in an on-call duty rotation. You are responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and optimizing installations and components within the production environment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshooting complex electrical and instrumentation issues
- Working with PLC, SCADA/DCS systems, and advanced diagnostic tools
- Analyzing and solving structural technical problems
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (WCM teams)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
You report directly to the Technical Area Supervisor and play a critical role in technical projects and process optimization.

Wat wij vragen- Completed technical MBO level 3 or 4 education (Electrical/Instrumentation)
- Affinity with the process industry
- Experience with PLC, SCADA/DCS, and instrumentation is a strong plus
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement (Lean/WCM)
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexible and stress-resistant
- Hourly salary between €23.00 and €27.60, depending on experience
