As a Forklift Driver, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and production process. Your responsibilities include:
- Loading, unloading, and storing goods efficiently and safely
- Maintaining accurate warehouse and inventory records
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Preparing goods for shipment according to the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle
- Following HACCP guidelines and hygiene procedures at all times
- Supplying packaging materials and production aids to the production lines
- Ensuring production can continue without interruptions due to material shortages
- Working closely with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow
You will work in a modern production environment with approximately 80 colleagues, where teamwork and collaboration are highly valued.
This position operates in a 5-shift rotation with the following working hours:
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00

Wat wij vragen- Valid Dutch forklift certificate
- Experience operating a forklift in a logistics or production environment
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation system
- Living within a 30-kilometer radius of Elst

Wat wij bieden- Salary of €3,165 gross per month, including shift allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
- Annual bonus scheme
- 30 vacation days per year
- Overtime compensation of 150%
