As a production assistant, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Planting, trimming, and caring for hydrangeas to meet quality standards
- Assisting with packing and preparing products for shipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the greenhouse
- Safely handling basic gardening tools and equipment
- Monitoring plant health and reporting any issues right away
You will work from Monday to Friday, with typical shifts from 8:00 to 16:30. Occasionally, weekend work may be required and will be compensated additionally.
