Are you energetic and do you enjoy solid outdoor work? For a specialized company in earthmoving, we are looking for a ground worker who is passionate about participating in groundwork, sewerage, and pavements. A field position with a lot of variety and physical work in a close-knit team.
Waar je komt te werken:You will be working at a specialized company in earthmoving, active for industrial halls, residential construction, and roadworks. The company offers a total package: from groundwork to external sewerage and paving. An experienced team and modern equipment are used, with a focus on quality in every project.
Wat je gaat doen:As a ground worker, you will perform physically demanding work with large and small tools, focusing on earthmoving, sewer construction, and paving work. You have experience in laying sewers and use a laser to accurately determine heights and levels. You can read drawings and apply them independently on the construction site. This is a field position: you work on-site, with working hours typically between 07:30 and 17:30, but may vary per project. It is a full-time position of 40 hours, with an average of 50 hours per week due to overtime.
- Performing earthmoving on construction sites
- Laying sewers
- Working with a laser for height measurement
- Reading and applying drawings in practice
- Physically demanding work with (heavy) tools
- Collaborating on-site on various projects
- Driver's license B, driver's license BE is a plus
- Experience with laying sewers
- Experience with laser work and reading drawings
- Physically resilient and willing to do heavy work
- Dutch-speaking
- Flexible working hours (field position)
- Gross hourly wage: € 17.30 - € 20.00 (depending on experience)
- Travel time is paid (Overtime allowance: 25%)
- 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km
- Weekly payment
- 24 vacation days per year
- Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pensionable salary
- 40 hours per week full-time, on average 50 hours per week due to overtime, working hours generally between 07:30 and 17:30
