Import & Customs Agent - Rozenburg

In the role of Import & Customs Agent, you take full ownership of import shipments from A to Z. You handle customs declarations, coordinate final transport deliveries, and deliver customer support to international clients. Your structured way of working ensures compliance and smooth operational flows. Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, with a rotating schedule for weekend and evening coverage.

Responsibilities

• Executing full import processes including customs clearances and delivery

• Booking transport and tracking shipments to destination

• Communicating daily with customers and customs authorities

• Maintaining accurate records in the operational system

• Working rotating evening and weekend shifts as scheduled

Requirements

• Relevant background in import operations or customs handling

• Good command of English

• Structured work ethic and attention to detail

• Gross monthly salary from € 2,900 to € 3,800
