As an Intercedent, you are responsible for relationship management and the coordination of daily operations. You are able to switch effectively between the client and the office team. You are the first point of contact for all HR-related matters.
Your responsibilities include:
- Planning personnel and transportation
- Communicating with temporary workers and assisting them with questions
- Managing back-office tasks
- Ensuring high-quality workforce pool management
- Coordinating recruitment and application processes

Wat wij vragen- Minimum MBO 4 (senior secondary vocational) work and thinking level
- Proficiency in English and Polish
- Ability to work purposefully with a results-oriented mindset
- Experience as an intercedent or in a similar role is a plus
