We are looking for an IT Service Desk Representative to support colleagues with a wide range of IT questions and issues. Thanks to your help, this dynamic and international organization runs smoothly every day.Over de functie

As an IT Service Desk Representative, you are the first point of contact for all IT-related questions. You support colleagues both on-site and over the phone. Your responsibilities are broad and hands-on:

  • Solving common IT issues (hardware/software)
  • Managing users in Entra ID and Active Directory
  • Registering and resolving tickets via the service desk system
  • Spotting recurring problems and escalating them to specialists
  • Being visible and approachable in the office, actively connecting with users

Where you'll work

You'll be joining an innovative and international organization that focuses on technology in the world of sports. The IT team includes a hands-on, supportive manager and a colleague with a Linux background. The working language is English, as several team members do not speak Dutch. So Dutch is not required, English fluency is essential.

The company culture is informal, professional, and collaborative. While the preferred working schedule is 40 hours per week, 32 or 36 hours is also an option. Working from home is possible, but ideally, you enjoy being on-site and available for direct support.

Wat is jouw achtergrond en ervaring?

You're eager to learn, service-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping others. Whether you're a recent graduate or already have some experience, you're confident, hands-on, and solutions-focused.

  • A (MBO) degree in IT or a related field
  • Relevant internship experience or up to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of Office 365 and common office hardware
  • A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English
