IT Site Lead - Netherlands

At MM Flowers, we're looking for an IT Site Lead to become the primary IT representative across our sites. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while remaining closely connected to an international IT team. The role combines day-to-day operational support with involvement in exciting infrastructure projects, including network deployments, site expansions, and Azure migration initiatives.

As the only on-site IT specialist in the Netherlands, you will be the go-to person for all local IT matters. You will support office, operational and warehouse teams, ensuring systems remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose.

You'll be responsible for everything from resolving end-user issues and maintaining site infrastructure to supporting major group-wide IT projects. You'll also work closely with external suppliers, site management teams and the wider Infrastructure team across the business.

• Provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support across multiple Netherlands sites.
• Support end-user devices including laptops, PCs, tablets, scanners and label printers.
• Support business-critical applications including ERP and WMS systems.
• Manage incidents and service requests through Halo, ensuring SLA targets are achieved.
• Deliver IT activities related to employee onboarding, role changes and offboarding.
• Maintain and troubleshoot local network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs and Wi-Fi.
• Carry out system changes, firmware updates and infrastructure maintenance.
• Assist with the setup and launch of new sites in the Netherlands.
• Support network deployments, migrations and Azure-related projects across the wider group.
• Manage endpoint compliance using Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Maintain site documentation and local IT asset registers.
• Act as the local point of contact for suppliers and IT partners.
• Participate in the group on-call rota and travel between sites as needed. 

• At least 3 years' experience in IT Support or Infrastructure roles.
• Experience working as the sole or lead IT resource on-site.
• Strong networking knowledge, including: Switching and routing
  VLANs
  Firewalls
  VPNs
  Wireless networking
  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Full driving licence.
• Willingness to travel between sites and participate in an on-call rota.

• Experience with UniFi networking solutions.
• Experience delivering network migrations or new site deployments.
• Experience supporting warehouse, logistics or operational environments.
• Knowledge of ERP and WMS platforms.
• Experience with Halo ITSM, NinjaOne or N-able.
