Job description
As a maintenance painter, you work in Zwolle and the surrounding area on projects where you see the results every day. You almost always work in fixed teams, so you get to know each other well and you can really get things done together. Your day starts with a clear plan and you head out to keep buildings neat and maintain them on time. You work both indoors and outdoors, so you have variety during the week. You receive workwear with your name on it and you work in a down-to-earth, informal atmosphere where everyone is there for each other.
In your work as a maintenance painter, you make sure existing paintwork is maintained, repaired and renewed. You sand, fill and paint where needed and you deliver neat, well-finished work you can be proud of. You pay attention to details and you leave every workplace tidy, because good work is also in the finishing. Do you notice wood rot, wear or other points for improvement? Then you spot it in time and handle it proactively. You have customer contact on site, you communicate normally and you think along in solutions that fit the job. This way, together we make the Netherlands a little more beautiful every day.
If you already have experience as a painter, you can quickly work independently. But are you mainly motivated to learn the trade and do you want to develop into a maintenance painter? That is also fine. You can work independently, but you also see it as natural to work together with colleagues. Dutch is useful for the job and for contact on site. Do you speak English? Then you can also apply, but it is important that you want to learn Dutch. If you need a Dutch course for that, we will pay for it.
