Introductie

As a maintenance technician, you keep the production lines running at one manufacturing company in the Netherlands. You earn €18.00 to €25.00 gross per hour, depending on your experience and the client. Do you need housing? Then we arrange it, always with a private bedroom. First we discuss your experience and wishes, including schedule and work environment, then we introduce you to the client that suits you best.

Waar je komt te werken:

You will work at one manufacturing company in the Netherlands, for example in food, metal, plastics or packaging. These companies have their own maintenance department, and machines often run day and night. First we discuss your experience and wishes, including schedule and work environment. Then we look at which client suits you best and introduce you there. If you are hired, you start working there, in a fixed team led by a team leader or maintenance manager. The goal is for you to stay there.

Wat je gaat doen:
  • You find and fix mechanical and electrical faults on production lines

  • You carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule

  • You repair and replace parts such as bearings, drives, motors and sensors

  • You work on pneumatic and hydraulic systems

  • You change over and adjust machines for product changes

  • You record faults and completed work in the maintenance system

  • You suggest improvements that prevent downtime

Practical

  • Location: at one client in the Netherlands. We decide together which one
  • Schedule: day shifts, 2- or 3-shift rotations or on-call duty. We discuss in advance which schedule suits you, so you know exactly what your schedule is when you start
  • Work environment: a production hall in, for example, food, metal, plastics or packaging. We agree together in advance which sector you will work in
  • Working conditions: expect noise, heat or cold, and sometimes working at height or in tight spaces. You work standing and walking, wearing personal protective equipment
  • Start: to be agreed
Wat wij vragen:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a technician in a maintenance department

  • You fix mechanical and electrical faults independently

  • You can read technical drawings and electrical diagrams

  • You are open to shift work. The more flexible you are, the more clients match with you

  • You speak English well enough to communicate clearly at work

  • In possession of an EU passport — a residence permit is not sufficient

Nice to have

  • Relevant vocational training, such as electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering
  • Safety certificate (VCA or equivalent)
Wat wij bieden:
  • €18.00 to €25.00 gross per hour, depending on your experience and the client
  • Need housing? We'll arrange it for you, always with your own bedroom. Your contribution will be deducted from your salary. Already have your own place? That's fine too
  • Contract via EU Force, with the intention of a long-term employment relationship
  • Weekly payment
  • Minimum 8% holiday allowance and minimum 24 holiday days
  • Minimum 23.4% pension contribution on the pension basis, of which you contribute 7.5% (deducted before tax)
  • Health insurance via EU Force possible, costs will be deducted from your salary
  • Travel expense allowance for your own transport. No own transport? Transport via EU Force is possible for a personal contribution
