Introductie

Looking for a hands-on technical role where no two days are the same? As a Maintenance Technician, you'll keep production lines running — from preventive maintenance to quickly resolving breakdowns. A challenging role with plenty of independence, in an informal company that values your craftsmanship.

Waar je komt te werken:

You'll join a growing production company in the food industry, with an informal, flat organizational structure — short lines of communication, direct contact with colleagues and managers, and room for your own input. The technical department plays a key role: without a well-functioning installation, production comes to a halt. You'll work in a small, close-knit team responsible for keeping the production lines running, from daily maintenance to quickly resolving breakdowns. The company invests in employee development and offers room to grow within the technical department. Colleagues describe the atmosphere as informal and results-driven: people work hard, but there's also room for fun on the work floor — think company outings and small extras like fresh fruit and coffee.

Wat je gaat doen:

As a Maintenance Technician, you're the first point of contact for technical support on the production floor. You make sure machines and installations keep running smoothly, by carrying out preventive maintenance and responding quickly whenever a breakdown occurs. You work independently, but stay in close contact with your production colleagues to solve technical issues together and advise on process improvements where needed. In addition to maintaining the production lines, you're also responsible for maintaining the company's facilities. No two days are the same: one day you're carrying out a planned maintenance round, the next you're solving a breakdown under time pressure that's holding up production. Precision, safety, and a clear overview are essential.

  • Providing technical support to the production department
  • Resolving breakdowns to keep production running
  • Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Performing repairs and adjustments to production lines
  • Advising on process improvements
  • Maintaining the company's facilities
Wat wij vragen:
  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or mechanics (or equivalent work experience), preferably combined with NEN3140 certification, or willing to obtain it
  • You work independently, accurately, and safely
  • A service-oriented attitude
  • In possession of an EU passport — a residence permit is not sufficient
  • Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
Wat wij bieden:
  • Annual contract with the possibility of a permanent contract

  • Gross hourly wage: €17.31 - €20.77

  • 8% holiday allowance, paid weekly

  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

  • Weekly salary payment

  • 24 vacation days

  • Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pension base

  • 40-hour working week, day shift — no overtime

Extra services (optional):

  • Housing with own bedroom possible
  • Health insurance possible
