As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving technical installations and machinery in a modern industrial environment. You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. In this role, you will have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills through training and career advancement opportunities within the company. This is a permanent position in which you will play a direct role in the success of the technical team.
You will start your working day with a brief team meeting to discuss the schedule and priorities. You will then carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on various machines, equipment, and installations. You will identify malfunctions, analyze their causes, and ensure that they are resolved quickly and effectively for the long term. Throughout the day, you will work closely with colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a safe and pleasant working environment. You will also liaise with other departments to minimize breakdowns and optimize production processes.

Eisen- Minimum higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar position
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Residence within 20 km of Tilburg
- An excellent salary in accordance with the Metalektro collective labor agreement (gross monthly salary between € 4,500 and € 5,500)
- Full-time employment, 40 hours per week

On-call duty approximately once every 6 to 7 weeks, from Monday to Friday. During this period, you may be called out to work until no later than 10:00 p.m.
