Functieomschrijving
  • Lead demand planning strategy: You define and execute the demand strategy within the Fighting Unit, aligned with business group objectives. You translate market trends, new business opportunities and strategic plans into a robust 0-18 month demand plan and contribute actively to long-term planning cycles (ICP / 12Q).
  • Own demand consolidation & S&OP: You consolidate unconstrained demand plans into one FU S&OP demand plan and drive the Demand Review process. You are the key link between commercial teams and supply chain, ensuring smooth handovers and clear decision-making within (pre-)S&OP.
  • Represent commercial needs: You safeguard commercial priorities in the demand plan by managing promotions, NPD/EOL, tenders, seasonality and contracts. You maintain and apply priority rulebooks and coordinate allocation and constraint decisions, including dairy protein planning with central teams.
  • Drive insight, improvement & leadership: You monitor forecast accuracy and bias, challenge assumptions, run scenario planning and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You own KPI dashboards, reporting and insights, and you lead a team through coaching, development and change.
