Waar je komt te werken:You will be working with a specialist in high-quality wet painting, powder coating, screen printing, and assembling products, located on a large industrial estate in Valkenswaard. The company is particularly specialized in wet painting on cast aluminum and cast steel, as well as industrial high-gloss painting. Work is carried out according to strict product and environmental requirements, including those set by major producers of medical equipment. The company has extensive facilities to meet these high-quality standards.
Wat je gaat doen:As a metal sander/pre-processor, you will primarily apply filler and sand cast aluminum and cast steel products so that they are ready to be painted. Accurate and careful pre-processing is essential for a perfect end result. You will work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
- Applying filler and sanding cast aluminum and cast steel products
- Preparing products for painting
- Carefully checking the surface for imperfections
- Preparing products according to quality standards
- Collaborating with colleagues in the painting/coating process
- Contributing to an efficient and high-quality pre-processing process
- Experience in puttying and sanding, preferably on cast aluminum and cast steel
- Affinity with working on steel and aluminum
- Accurate and careful work attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language (Spoken and written)
- Gross hourly wage: € 15.80 - € 18.00 (depending on experience)
- 5% additional allowance on top of the salary
- Overtime possible
- 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km
- Weekly payment
- 24 vacation days per year
- Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pensionable salary
- 40 hours per week
