For a strategic client in the Netherlands, we are seeking an experienced Piping Inspector with strong expertise in spool inspection activities.

Tasks

Perform dimensional and visual inspections on piping spools, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.

Interpret and analyze technical drawings (including isometric and spool drawings) to validate fabrication accuracy.

Review material certificates, dimensional control reports, and traceability documentation.

Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from technical requirements.

Collaborate closely with fabrication teams and quality personnel to monitor inspection milestones and resolve issues.

Document findings through inspection reports and maintain comprehensive records.

Ensure compliance with international codes and standards, such as ASME B31.3, ASME IX, and API 570.

Requirements

Proven experience in piping inspection, particularly focused on spool inspection (dimensional, visual, and documentation-based assessments).

Strong familiarity with fabrication workflows in the Oil & Gas or petrochemical industries.

Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.

Knowledge of applicable international codes and standards.

Proficiency in inspection documentation and reporting.

Strong attention to detail and a methodical, safety-first approach.

Availability for on-site work in the Netherlands.
