* Setup and adjustment of production machines according to specifications
* Operation and monitoring of hydraulic punch press machines
* Ensuring smooth production processes
* Compliance with quality standards
* Cleaning and maintenance of the machines
* Completed training in metal technology or similar is an advantage
* Professional experience in the metal industry is desirable
* Ability to work independently after training
* Willingness to work in shift operations
* Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible
* German language skills for workplace communication

Compensation is based on the Austrian collective agreement for personnel leasing, depending on qualifications, experience, and the specific position, with a minimum gross hourly wage of € 17,38.
