We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to (temporary) support the RfP process for several payment solution systems as part of the Garage project. This temporary role will last for 3 months and is expected to start mid-January 2026. The ideal candidate will work closely with the FinTech Category Manager and the Garage team to run RfPs and facilitate the contracting process.

What are you going to do?

  • Initiate and structure the Request for Proposal (RfP) process in collaboration with the business, ensuring alignment with relevant systems and guideline;
  • Manage and conclude negotiations related to payment solutions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions;
  • Coordinate the contracting process by engaging key stakeholders, including cyber security, legal, control, and business teams;
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the RfP and contracting processes;
  • Provide regular updates and communication to stakeholders regarding progress and outcomes of negotiations and contracts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage the RfP process in alignment with business requirements, ensuring it follows the correct systems, procedures, and guidelines;
  • Lead and finalize negotiations with payment solution providers, ensuring the best terms and agreements for the business;
  • Work with key stakeholders (Cybersecurity, Legal, Control, and Business) to facilitate and support the contracting process.

You will be working on a contract through our organization. The position is temporary and is expected to last until April 19th, with a possibility of some extension. We are currently aiming for a salary indication between €6,500 and €8,000 BPM, depending on your experience. The organization's wish is for you to work 16 hours a week.

Unfortunately, the client is not open to a freelance construction (ZZP).

In this meeting, we will inform you as thoroughly as possible about the vacancy, the company, and the continuation of the procedure. Functie eisen

* Bachelor's degree in Procurement or similar;
* Experience: 8+ years in procurement, sourcing, or negotiations, with a strong background in managing complex processes;
* Payment Solutions Knowledge: Experience in the payment solutions market is a significant advantage;
* Stakeholder Management: Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in procurement, legal, cybersecurity, and business to ensure smooth processes;
* Dutch and English speaking.
