One of the world's largest dairy cooperatives, headquartered in the Netherlands, brings together thousands of member farmers who collectively own the organization. It produces a wide range of dairy-based products-such as milk, cheese, yogurts, dairy drinks, ingredients, and specialized nutrition-distributed to consumers and businesses in more than 100 countries.
The Source-to-Contract QAQC R&D is responsible for sourcing execution, contract lifecycle management and content definition for the procurement category. The role reports to the Head of S2C Global.
Key responsibilities:
- Defines the right content for business needs;
- Develops and executes the sourcing calendar (Keelvar, RFx);
- Performs complex analysis and insight generation;
- Works in close collaboration with all Procurement and business stakeholders in accordance with guidelines and policy;
- Negotiates terms with suppliers autonomously in cases defined by category procurement or assist them in the negotiation process;
- Responsible for the KPIs on souring performance, Contract coverage, PO-rate and Handsfree PO-rate, % Blocked invoices;
- Proactively manage related stakeholders;
- Continuous improvement, drives automation/digitalization of our sourcing platform.
Through our agency, you will receive a 9 month temporary contract.
There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed after these 9 months or that our client will make you an offer of a contract; however, we are not able to guarantee this.
- Salary will be around €4000 - €4200 gross a month based on a full-time position (40 hours a week) and is based on education and experience;
- 30 annual leave days;
- Travel expenses will be covered;
- Pension plan.

* Higher vocational/applied sciences/bachelor's or Academic/Master* Fluent in English
* Competencies
* Critical thinking : skill in analyzing complex procurement issues and developing logical, effective solutions;
* Data-Driven Leadership: skill to leverage analytics and data insights to inform and steer strategic procurement decisions;
* E-Procurement Systems: skill in utilizing electronic procurement platforms to automate purchasing sourcing processes and improve efficiency;
* Procurement Process Improvement: skill in identifying inefficiencies and implementing enhancements to optimize procurement operations;
* Attention to Detail: skill in ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in procurement documentation, contracts, and data analysis;
