To fuel our next flight in growth we are looking for a Product Development Manager, a key leader responsible for managing the product development team.

You ensure alignment with brand identity, market trends, ESG, sustainability goals and company financial goals Your role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation to drive operational and creative excellence.
You are responsible for overseeing the entire product development process from concept to delivery. This includes sourcing and purchasing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that products meet the company's quality standards and market trends. The role aims to deliver innovative and high-quality products while optimizing costs and timelines.

JUST YOU
- Extensive experience in the fashion industry (7+ years), with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior;
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful fashion products;
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams;
- Strong background in negotiating with suppliers and managing supplier relationships;
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred;
- Proven experience as a Product Development Manager, Purchasing Manager, or in a similar senior role within the fashion industry;
- Strong understanding of product development processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management.
