The role
As a Production Worker, you are involved in the entire process: from preparing materials to producing and inspecting high-quality components. You will work in a modern factory with an informal and collegial atmosphere, where collaboration and innovation are key. No experience with composites? No problem – we will train you internally!
Together, we ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and are ready for applications in the medical sector, defense, aerospace, and automotive industries.

Met een enthousiast en gedreven team onderzoeken we bij VDL Fibertech Industries in Hapert de technische mogelijkheden van composieten (carbon en glasvezelversterkt kunststof). Voor welke toepassingen kun je het gebruiken? Welke productiemethode past daar het beste bij? En hoe kun je het productieproces verder industrialiseren? We maken o.a. patiëntentafelbladen voor röntgen- en MRI-apparatuur en accessoires voor de medische sector. Daarnaast ontwikkelen en produceren we hightech machineonderdelen, lichtgewicht composietdelen voor de automotive industrie, defensie en de luchtvaart.
