Our client is a leading European manufacturer of dried meat and poultry products, based in Waalwijk, the Netherlands. Their meat powders and granulates are used as semi-finished ingredients in a variety of industries, including dried soup production, flavour houses, baby food, snacks and pet food.
We are looking for a Production Worker to join the team at their Waalwijk location. Are you hands-on, motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic production environment? Then we would be happy to welcome you to the team!
About the job- Process and package products;
- Support production and logistics activities;
- Check products for quality and quantities;
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment;
- Work in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- You are motivated and not afraid to roll up your sleeves;
- You are able to work independently and follow instructions carefully;
- You work accurately and responsibly;
- You are flexible and willing to perform different tasks when needed;
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system.
- A varied and challenging role;
- A friendly and enthusiastic team environment;
- A good pension plan;
- Potential for a permanent contract after 12 months;
- A net monthly salary of €1850 after deducting rent and health insurance;
- 25 paid vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
- 3.25% year-end bonus (after a minimum of 2 months of employment);
- Profit-sharing bonus of up to 9.25%;
- Private accommodation in a shared house with colleagues;
- Free daily transport to and from work;
