Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to make an impact in the dairy industry? Join the Supply Chain Commercialization team as a Project Manager for the White Dairy sector. Over the next 9 months, you'll play a crucial role in the Design to Value initiatives aimed at maximizing value and minimizing costs.
Collaborate across various disciplines, including R&D, QA, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, acting as the vital link that drives projects forward. Your expertise in Project Management will ensure high-quality documentation and successful implementation while working with various commercial business units across Europe and beyond.

The company is known for its strong focus on sustainable farming , supporting member farmers with programs that promote animal welfare, reduced environmental impact, and efficient milk production. It also invests heavily in innovation , developing advanced nutritional solutions for infants, medical applications, and food manufacturers worldwide.
Build and execute a strategic carbon pillar, including delivery of carbon deals for customers;
Build long-term sustainability partnerships with international retail customers.
Serve as the primary sustainability contact for OPCOs and ensure alignment is done between the teams;
Lead (multi-OpCo) carbon projects.
Through our agency, you will receive a 6-month temporary contract.
There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed after these six months or that our client will extend an offer to you; however, we cannot guarantee this.
- The salary will be around €6,000 - €7,000 gross per month, based on a full-time position (38 hours a week), and is dependent on education and experience.
- 30 Annual leave days;
- Travel expenses will be covered.
- Pension plan.

Functie eisen
* Commercial sustainability experience within Retail/FMCG (8+ years) and BA / MA education;* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build international relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams;
* Ability to translate complex sustainability topics into clear, compelling communication, bringing others along on the system change agenda;
* Intrinsic motivation for sustainability and a growth mindset.
* Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution (budget management, reporting);
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
