Waar je komt te werken:You will be working at a large and stable producer in the food industry, with hundreds of employees. In this factory, no chickens are slaughtered; the company processes supplied products into high-quality end products for the food industry.
The organization is known for its modern processes, structured approach, and strong focus on quality and food safety. You will work together with operators and production departments to ensure the highest standards.

Wat je gaat doen:As a quality controller, you are responsible for checking and ensuring the quality of products and processes. You independently perform checks in the production environment, from raw materials to the final product.
You check temperature, weight, labels, and packaging, among other things, and ensure that everything meets the specified requirements. In addition, you identify deviations in the process and take immediate action to correct them. You play a crucial role in maintaining food safety and hygiene.
You also guide and instruct production staff when necessary and ensure that HACCP and hygiene rules are followed. You work closely with production and report to the quality department.
It is a responsible position where you are often present on the shop floor and actively involved in the production process.
- Performing quality checks on products and processes
- Checking temperature, weight, and labels
- Identifying and recording deviations
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and HACCP rules
- Supporting and instructing production staff
- Experience in quality control within the food industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP and other quality standards.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English.
Financial conditions:
- Gross hourly wage of €18,89 including shift allowance of 12,5%
- Extra allowance of 5,77% on the first 40 hours
- 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
Other conditions:
- Weekly payment
- 24 vacation days per year (based on full-time)
- Pension accrual: 23,4% of the pensionable salary
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Travel expenses reimbursement (€0.18/km, max. €9 per day)
