You will process reservations, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and answer inquiries. Together with the team, you are always ready to assist our guests. No two days are the same!
You have strong organizational skills, know how to prioritize, and can switch gears quickly. You are a team player and communicate clearly with both guests and colleagues.
You never lose your composure as a host or hostess, even in challenging situations.
We are looking for an employee who is available to work all three shifts:- Morning: 07:00 to 15:00
- Evening: 15:00 to 23:00
- Night: 23:00 to 07:00
- You are not only solution-oriented, sociable, and service-minded, but you also lend a listening ear to our guests.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English and have a flexible schedule.
- You care about ensuring guests have a pleasant, worry-free stay; if you cannot resolve an issue yourself, you do your best to arrange the best possible solution.
- Working in a pleasant environment with friendly, fun colleagues.

- A monthly gross bonus of €200 (for full-time contracts) if you work every scheduled shift without any absences.
