Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and oversee order processing
- Coordinate logistics, shipping, and communication with suppliers and our warehouse
- Maintain accurate customer data, handle invoicing, and perform after-sales follow-up
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-focused role
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Professional proficiency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
