We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Finance ITBP to lead our financial transformation initiatives. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between our Finance departments and IT teams. You will be responsible for understanding complex financial scenarios, analyzing business needs, and driving the successful implementation of digital solutions to optimize our financial operations on a local and international scale.

Partner with HQ IT and Finance functions to drive financial transformation and cross-border digital project

Tasks

Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Deeply understand financial business scenarios; research, identify, and analyze digital transformation needs across various departments.

Stakeholder Alignment & Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT. Coordinate requirements among finance teams, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure alignment and a unified understanding of project goals.

System Implementation & Delivery: Oversee the lifecycle of financial system iterations, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of system features.

User Training & Adoption: Organize training sessions and workshops to drive the adoption and smooth implementation of digital tools across the business side.

Continuous Improvement: Collect user feedback, continuously optimize product/system experience, and improve overall system efficiency and user satisfaction.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance digitalization, with a proven track record in requirement analysis and product/system planning.
  • ERP Expertise: Highly proficient in mainstream ERP finance systems, with a strong preference for SAP (FICO module). Deep understanding of system architecture and business workflows.
  • Analytical Skills: Outstanding requirement analysis capabilities, with the ability to independently conduct research, map business processes, and draft high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of core financial processes, including Financial Shared Services (FSSC), Treasury Management, and Cost Accounting.

Language Skills:

  • English: Full professional proficiency. Ability to communicate fluently in a business environment, write documentation, and collaborate effectively in a cross-border/multicultural setting. (Note: Dutch language skills are a plus but not mandatory based on your requirements).

Nice-to-Haves (Plusses):

  • Experience in implementing or optimizing financial systems within multinational corporations (MNCs).
  • Knowledge of emerging digital tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and BI (Business Intelligence) software.
  • Deep understanding of Automotive Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales/Service systems and business processes.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or PMP are highly preferred.
