We're looking for a highly motivated team player with excellent communication and technical skills in tribology, Python/MATLAB scripting, mechatronics, mechanics, electronics, or applied physics. You’ll be flexible, pragmatic, and results-driven, able to translate hardware risks and failure modes into effective test methods and measurement results. A broad knowledge of hardware test methods and failure mechanisms is essential for this Test & Measurement Engineer role.

As a Test & Measurement Engineer at ASML, you will be defining, performing, and reporting tests related to critical hardware risks of machine parts during the development phase. You will translate failure modes and mechanisms into test methods under various operational conditions (motion profiles, shock profiles, vacuum, temperature, high pressure, tribology). You'll ensure adherence to ASML's ways of working and processes. A typical day might involve:

• Designing and executing tests for critical machine parts.
• Analyzing measurement data to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Developing and maintaining a testing framework for ASML systems.
• Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders.
• Contributing to the overall improvement of ASML systems' reliability.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a similar field.
• Experience with test and measurement equipment and MSA.
