Are you a skilled TIG welder who works with precision and attention to detail? For a specialized steel company in Schijndel, we are looking for a TIG welder for welding aluminum and stainless steel. Skilled work in a workshop where everything is made in-house from idea to delivery.
Waar je komt te werken:You will be working at a specialized company in Schijndel that has been manufacturing products from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum for over 25 years. In its own workshop, sheet metal work, turning, milling, and welding are performed, with a wide variety of projects tailored to the customer. The company actively participates in the design process, from idea to delivery, and also provides repairs and industrial construction work on-site. Quality, short delivery times, and practical solutions are central here.
Wat je gaat doen:As a TIG welder, you primarily weld aluminum and stainless steel. You have experience with sheet metal and the bending machine, and it is a plus if you can also read drawings and assemble products. You work carefully and accurately, with an eye for quality in every project. You work 40 hours a week, with approximately 1 hour of overtime daily.

- Collaborating within a technical team
- Experience as a TIG welder
- Experience with sheet metal and bending machine
- Ability to read and assemble drawings is a plus
- Accurate and quality-oriented work attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good command of Dutch and/or English language (oral and written)
- Gross hourly wage: from € 20.00 (depending on experience)
- 5% extra allowance on top of the salary
- Daily approximately 1 hour of overtime (40 hours base + overtime)
- 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km
- Weekly payment
- 24 vacation days per year
- Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pensionable salary
