We are looking for a Vendor Master Data Manager to join a leading fashion brand.

Your tasks and responsibilities are to:
- Oversee end-to-end vendor master data management, including creation, updates, maintenance, and quality assurance;
- Ensure vendor data complies with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards;
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, including data collection, document verification, and record updates;
- Monitor and validate data accuracy, consistency, and integration across systems;
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline vendor data management;
- Lead and manage the Vendor Master Data team, including training, SOPs, and performance management;
- Provide support and guidance on vendor data to internal stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and IT;
- Generate and share reports and insights on vendor data metrics, trends, and performance.
- Temporary assignment from 02/03/2026 till 31/07/2026 via Independent Recruiters;
- Salary based on skills and experience;
- Hybrid working model.

Functie eisen
The ideal candidate:* 8+ years in vendor management, procurement, or supplier relationship management with focus on data governance;
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, or equivalent experience;
* Experience managing large volumes of data with accuracy, consistency, and compliance;
* Strong background in process improvement and workflow optimization;
* Proven team leadership and ability to develop others;
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams;
* High ethics, integrity, and confidentiality;
* Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset;
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
