Are you an experienced MIG/MAG Welder looking for a stable, long-term position in a modern production environment? In this role, you will work on high-quality steel constructions used in demanding industries where precision and craftsmanship are essential. Functie- Perform MIG/MAG welding on steel constructions
- Assemble products based on technical drawings and welding instructions
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Inspect weld quality and dimensional accuracy
- Prepare finished products for Quality Control
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized workplace
- Contribute to continuous improvements within the production process
- MBO-level education or equivalent technical working and thinking level
- Proven experience as a MIG/MAG Welder
- Experience welding steel constructions
- Able to read technical drawings independently
- Good command of the English language
- Willing to work in a two-shift rotation, with the possibility of moving into three shifts
- Accurate, quality-driven and safety conscious
- A gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €4,900, depending on your experience
- 16% shift allowance for working in a two-shift rotation
- Opportunity to move into a three-shift schedule with a 25% shift allowance
- The opportunity to secure a permanent contract after an initial secondment period
- A full-time position (40 hours per week)
